Technology skills matter. What people can do with those skills matters even more. Our impact is reflected in the journeys of people who have learned, collaborated and worked through the Foundation.
"During her ten-month software engineering internship, Mariam developed greater confidence in coding and teamwork — working with others on real projects, making decisions and applying what she had learned in a professional setting."
"Herbert's experience included strengthening his programming skills and gaining exposure to the practices involved in starting, managing and completing software projects using modern development tools."
"Gloria described gaining technical skills alongside stronger communication, time-management and professional experience — capabilities extending well beyond code."
