Project delivery

Get your technology project moving.

Need a website, an online store or a digital solution for your organisation? We help businesses define and deliver practical technology projects — and create opportunities for emerging talent in the process.

What we can build

Five types of projects we deliver

Business & organisation websites

Professional websites that communicate who you are, what you offer and how people can reach you.

E-commerce websites

Online stores that help businesses showcase products, manage orders and sell online.

Web applications & business tools

Appropriately scoped platforms, portals, dashboards and digital tools that support everyday work.

Learning & membership platforms

Digital platforms for organisations that need to deliver content, manage communities or support structured learning.

Improvements to existing solutions

Updates, integrations, functionality improvements and other changes to existing websites and systems. Every project is assessed individually to determine requirements, budget, technical complexity and suitable delivery approach.

Our delivery process

How we deliver your project

1
Tell us what you need

Share your idea, current challenge or project requirements. You don't need to arrive with a complete technical specification.

2
We define the scope

We discuss what the solution needs to achieve, identify priorities and prepare an appropriate proposal covering deliverables, costs and timelines.

3
We assemble the right team

Based on the agreed requirements, we identify suitable talent and organise the project team. Some projects may involve experienced contributors or additional technical oversight.

4
We build and review

The team works toward agreed milestones. The Foundation coordinates delivery, communicates with you and reviews the work against the agreed scope.

5
We hand over and support

Once complete, we arrange the appropriate handover. Hosting, maintenance and future improvements can be provided under separate arrangements where needed.

Accountability

One accountable partner

When you commission a project from Kanzu Code Foundation, you contract with the Foundation — not with an unidentified individual freelancer.

We coordinate the engagement and remain accountable for the scope, communication and delivery commitments agreed with you.

The people contributing to the project gain meaningful experience and opportunities to earn through their work.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is different. A simple information website has different requirements from an online store or a custom application. We'll review your requirements and provide a quotation based on the agreed scope, complexity and delivery needs. Hosting, domains, third-party subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately unless expressly included in your proposal.
Frequently asked questions

Common questions

Can I work with your team if I already have a website?
Yes. We can assess opportunities for improvements, new functionality or other suitably scoped work.
Do you provide hosting after development?
Yes. We offer separate website and application hosting plans. Hosting is optional; we'll explain the available arrangements when planning your project.
Who is responsible for the final result?
Kanzu Code Foundation is responsible for the delivery commitments in the contract and agreed project scope.
Can I request a specific developer?
You can share your preferences, and we'll consider them alongside the project's requirements and the availability of suitable contributors.
Do you take on large or complex projects?
We review each opportunity individually. If a project requires capabilities or responsibilities outside our appropriate scope, we'll discuss the suitable next steps rather than commit to work we cannot responsibly deliver.
